The Summerboard SBX is an electric skateboard which is unique in its kind.
This skateboard has 2 belt-driven castor wheels that allow you to turn completely around your axis during your ride.
The Summerboard SBX has a combined power of 3000 watts.
These powerful engines allow you to accelerate quickly, reach speeds up to 40 km/h and climb slopes up to 20%.
The battery has Samsung cells and a range up to 12 miles.
You control the Summerboard SBX through the remote control and on the display you can read all important information such as the speed and battery capacity.
You can set the remote to one of 3 speed settings (Eco, Shred, F1).

Summerboard Warranty:
In addition to their end to end 6-month warranty, Summerboard covers any manufacturing defects for the following components for 2 years:
- Motors
- Powerball Drive Wheels
- Trucks
and the following components for 1 year:
- Batteries
- Decks
The warranty does not cover damages caused by crashes and impacts, normal wear and tear, or exposure to water. Wear & tear items such as belts, edge wheels and bearings are not covered and the warranty is non transferable.
To file a warranty claim, simply email support@americaneboards.com and we will process your request ASAP.
Summerboard Returns:
Summerboard accepts returns on any unused product that arrive to their headquarter address. The box must be un-opened, in the original packaging below within 15 days of ship date from the Summerboard facility.
Refund will also deduct any shipping fees and credit card processing fees paid by Summerboard. Credit card cancellation/refund fees are 2.4% for USA and 3.4% for orders outside the USA.
Due to the nature of the product, Summerboard cannot be returned after being ridden.
Summerboard warrants goods to be free from defects in materials and workmanship in normal use and service.

For the summerboard training program online, we have unique videos and have partnered with Summerboard to provide you with various videos and instructions to make you the Summerboard expert! How fast do you ship the orders?
Usually within 1-2 business days unless the item is on pre-order or out of stock in which case you'll receive an email within 1 business day to notify you about your options.
When will I receive the tracking number for my order?
As soon as your package ships out.
You'll also receive updates for when your order has shipped and when it is due to arrive, and when it is out for delivery, so you can be ready to receive it.
You'll also get a notification if there is any delay with your shipment so you know ahead of time what is going on.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Usually between 3-10 business days, depending on your location.

How you will fulfill my order?
As soon as you've placed your order, you'll receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This means that we've received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
Once we receive your order, we'll automatically contact our suppliers to confirm that the item is in stock and available for you.
If your item is out of stock, we'll cancel the pre-authorization and contact you by email.
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we'll process the charges and release the order for shipment.
What is your cancellation policy?
All orders canceled within 48 hours are subject to a full refund, provided it complies with the refund policy of the product and brand you purchased.
If your board is shipped within the 48 hour period and the brand doesn't accept refunds once it's shipped, we won't be able to process a refund and we must abide by their return policy.
All orders canceled after 48 hours will be subject to a 10% cancelation fee, regardless of whether or not your order has already shipped.
If your order has already shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for return shipping and restocking fees.
Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card you used to place your order.
