Featuring 105mm cloudwheels that sit on an aluminum high-strength, shock-resistant alloy, the Raldey Carbon G3 offers impressive shock absorption and high rebound for the smoothest ride.
Thanks to a Japanese T700 carbon fiber deck, the Carbon G3 is also extremely flexible and is capable of supporting weights of up to 240lbs.

- 90 day battery warranty
- Raldey is responsible for diagnosing problems and shipping new parts to fix the problem (if the problem is due to manufacturing defects)
1.Explanation of 180 days warranty and guarantee repairs:
(1) Guarantee repair applies to problems with the product due to manufacturing defects within the 180-day warranty period. In this case, Ralday will provide a free replacement parts service. If the customer does not install and replace the parts himself, the customer must send the product to Raldey customer service center for repair and replacement.
(2) If the product is damaged due to improper use, such as breakage, crash, immersion in water etc., the warranty service expenses will be covered by the customer. Raldey will provide the customer with replacement parts at the market price. The customer will also be responsible for the cost of shipping the parts as well.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all products in the contiguous United States. We ship daily via DHL, FedEx, UPS, First Class Priority Mail and other local logistics companies.

Radley accept returns within 7 days of receipt. The electric skateboard must be unused and in new condition, with all accessories in the original packaging. You will be responsible for shipping costs to return your item to the nearest facility advised by our service team.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

Usually within 1-2 business days unless the item is on pre-order or out of stock in which case you'll receive an email within 1 business day to notify you about your options.

How you will fulfill my order?
As soon as you've placed your order, you'll receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This means that we've received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
Once we receive your order, we'll automatically contact our suppliers to confirm that the item is in stock and available for you.
If your item is out of stock, we'll cancel the pre-authorization and contact you by email.
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we'll process the charges and release the order for shipment.
What is your cancellation policy?
All orders canceled within 48 hours are subject to a full refund, provided it complies with the refund policy of the product and brand you purchased.
If your board is shipped within the 48 hour period and the brand doesn't accept refunds once it's shipped, we won't be able to process a refund and we must abide by their return policy.
All orders canceled after 48 hours will be subject to a 10% cancelation fee, regardless of whether or not your order has already shipped.
If your order has already shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for return shipping and restocking fees.
Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card you used to place your order.
