Exway Flex ER Electric Longboard
Thanks to its Extended Range battery pack, the Flex ER can travel further on a single charge, but won’t ever compromise on quality or performance.
Just like the original Flex, the Flex ER comes with a swappable and turbo-powered electric battery, but thanks to its extended range, it can travel for up to 28 miles at 25mph rather than 20.
Nevertheless, the eboard is still very lightweight and boasts impressive hill-climbing capacity as well as IP55 water resistance and a wireless multi-speed remote controller with preset modes and a turbo function.
It also an an exceptionally well-designed and flexible deck made from UV fiberglass and bamboo for outstanding flex and resistance, even under the impact, as well as shock-absorbing grip tape and softer 76A wheels.
Like the original Flex, this longboard also boasts a dual compatible, swappable drive train which allows riders to switch between hub and belt drivetrains to suit their preferences.

Energy recuperation when braking
(1) The warranty starts on the date that the board is received and is valid for 6 months for:
- X1 Pro Hub/Riot,
- Wave Hub/Riot,
- X1 Max Riot/Hub,
Warranty is valid for 12 months for:
- Flex Riot/Hub.
To qualify for the warranty, the customer must provide valid proof of purchase. After the expiration of the warranty period, spare parts will be offered for sale.
(2) Batteries, controllers and remote controls are covered by a 6-month warranty (if the customer purchases the parts separately) from the date the package is delivered to the customer.
(3) There is no warranty for other product accessories.
The parts listed below are covered by the warranty period, other accessories are not covered by the warranty.
Damage caused by improper use, improper maintenance or improper storage is NOT covered by the warranty.
The water resistance of the skateboard is IP55, which is splash and dust resistant under normal conditions. However, if you ride in a puddle or high water level, or even submerge your skateboard in water, the water may enter and damage the electrical parts.
Please do not ride in the rain or on wet ground with water, this will lead to a high risk of water damage and may cause the motor bearings to rust and make noise.
Warranty Service Will Be Provided For Parts Such As:

Warranty Service Will NOT Be Provided For Parts Such As:
(1) Wheels, Bearings, Bushings, Belts, Grip Tape are considered wearable and tear items and will not be covered.
(2) Damage caused by improper use, improper maintenance, or improper storage.
(3) Any damage outside of normal wear and tear.
(4) Damage caused by unauthorized repairs of the product.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all products in the contiguous United States. We ship daily via DHL, FedEx, UPS, First Class Priority Mail and other local logistics companies.

You Can Request Our Return & Refund Service If:
(1) The product has not been opened within seven calendar days of receipt of the product and is brand new and unused.
(2) If the product is found to have manufacturing defects within 15 calendar days of receipt of the product, you can apply for a return and refund service; it does not fall within the scope of the return and refund service due to use on the ground or other circumstances that affect secondary sales.
(3) If the reason for the return is the customer's change of mind (e.g there are no problems with the board, but the customer still wants to return it), Exway will charge a 5% handling fee and deduct the shipping cost for the original order.
Return & Refund Service is NOT Provided When:
(1) A return is requested after 15 calendar days from receipt of the product.
(2) A product sent to Exway for Return & Refund Service does not contain all of the original accessories, attachments, packaging, or any item that is not in new or like-new condition, i.e., has cracks, dents, or scratches.
(3) A legitimate proof of purchase, receipt or invoice is not presented or there is reasonable suspicion that it has been falsified or tampered with.
(4) Any defect or damage to the product is due to unauthorized use or modification, including exposure to moisture, ingress of foreign matter (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation.
(5) Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof markings, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.
(6) The product is damaged by uncontrollable external factors such as fire, floods, high winds or lightning strikes.
(7) A product is not delivered to Exway within 15 calendar days after Return & Refund Service confirmation is sent from Exway.
(8) Other circumstances that are specified in this policy.

How fast do you ship the orders?
Usually within 1-2 business days unless the item is on pre-order or out of stock in which case you'll receive an email within 1 business day to notify you about your options.

How you will fulfill my order?
As soon as you've placed your order, you'll receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This means that we've received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
Once we receive your order, we'll automatically contact our suppliers to confirm that the item is in stock and available for you.
If your item is out of stock, we'll cancel the pre-authorization and contact you by email.
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we'll process the charges and release the order for shipment.
What is your cancellation policy?
All orders canceled within 48 hours are subject to a full refund, provided it complies with the refund policy of the product and brand you purchased.
If your board is shipped within the 48 hour period and the brand doesn't accept refunds once it's shipped, we won't be able to process a refund and we must abide by their return policy.
All orders canceled after 48 hours will be subject to a 10% cancelation fee, regardless of whether or not your order has already shipped.
If your order has already shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for return shipping and restocking fees.
Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card you used to place your order.
