Avoid Water. Although it offers a waterproof rating of IP54, the Skateboard is not completely waterproof. Do not ride in rain, wet or icy weather, as the electrical drive components could be damaged. Always ride on dry, paved surfaces.
enSkate Warranty:
enSkate offers a 6 month warranty on the skateboard itself and 3 month warranty on parts and accessories (consumables, like the battery, motor, ESC).

7 days after the date delivered:
- Quality issues about the e-skateboard - buyers may be offered a full refund or provided with a new e-board.
- Quality issues about the parts and accessories - enSkate will provide free skateboard parts and accessories and arrange the shipment within 7 days.
3 months after the date delivered:
- Quality issues about the e-skateboard - enSkate will assist buyers to repair the skateboard and provide free parts and accessories, such as motors, batteries, remote controller.
- Quality issues about the parts and accessories - enSkate will provide the relative skateboard parts and accessories for free and arrange the shipment within 7 days.
Over 3 months and within 6 months:
- Quality issues about the e-skateboard - enSkate will assist buyers to repair the skateboard. If there are parts or accessories (except the battery, motor, ESC) broken and need replacing, enSkate will provide free skateboard parts and accessories and arrange the shipment within 7 days.
- Quality issues about the parts and accessories (like the battery, motor, ESC) - buyers should buy these and repair the skateboard under the assistance of our technical staff, enSkate will provide a 30% discount.
Process:
Buyers must provide sufficient proof of purchase, such as order ID.
It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection.
Buyers must provide sufficient proof of the quality problems about the skateboard or the accessories.
Once the request is approved, the refund will be handled within 7 working days, and parts and accessories will be shipped within 7days.
The warranty is not eligible for any malfunction caused by misuse, such as doing difficult tricks on e-skateboard, drops, and accidents.
This limited warranty only applies to skateboards purchased directly from enSkate or from an enSkate authorized reseller.
enSkate Shipping Info:
- Order processing time: 1-3 working days.
- ETA on shipments to the USA is 2-5 working days.
- Tracking Numbers: A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped.
- Please double check your receiving address after you place the order. Once your package is sent out, changing the destination address may incur an extra charge.
- Please make sure your address is valid and there is someone available for collection. Customers will bear the cost of any re-delivery fees.
enSkate Returns:
Unused products have a 7 day return and refund policy. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. Once the returned item arrives back in our warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
enSkate will not accept any return request of used e-skateboards or accessories. For any quality issues, please check the enSkate Warranty Policy.
Conditions for a return and refund:
- Returned skateboard must be in completely new condition
- Returns must include all accessories which are completely new.
- Items must include original packaging which is completely new.
- For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
- For non-quality related warranty claims, enSkate refunds the cost of the product itself.
- Returns will be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.
NOTE: enSkate won't accept any return request for orders beyond 7 days of the date the item was delivered.

From there a Customer Care representative will contact you with the return authorization. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees (including any fees with international shipments). Please make sure to contact our Customer Service team prior to shipping back any items.
All items must be in brand new condition (unused, unridden) to be eligible for a return. If an item is received back to our warehouse and is deemed to be used, we will notify you via email and return the goods back to you.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed once the item is delivered back to us. We will process the refund back to the credit card you supplied to purchase your order.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item (different size/color/model, etc.) you will need to cancel or return the initial order and place a new order.

How fast do you ship the orders?
Usually within 1-2 business days unless the item is on pre-order or out of stock in which case you'll receive an email within 1 business day to notify you about your options.
When will I receive the tracking number for my order?
As soon as your package ships out.
You'll also receive updates for when your order has shipped and when it is due to arrive, and when it is out for delivery, so you can be ready to receive it.

How you will fulfill my order?
As soon as you've placed your order, you'll receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This means that we've received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
Once we receive your order, we'll automatically contact our suppliers to confirm that the item is in stock and available for you.
If your item is out of stock, we'll cancel the pre-authorization and contact you by email.
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we'll process the charges and release the order for shipment.
What is your cancellation policy?
All orders canceled within 48 hours are subject to a full refund, provided it complies with the refund policy of the product and brand you purchased.
If your board is shipped within the 48 hour period and the brand doesn't accept refunds once it's shipped, we won't be able to process a refund and we must abide by their return policy.
All orders canceled after 48 hours will be subject to a 10% cancelation fee, regardless of whether or not your order has already shipped.
If your order has already shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for return shipping and restocking fees.
Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card you used to place your order.
