AEBoard AE2 Electric Longboard

Safety Notes:
- NO Downhill Riding When the Board is Fully Charged Due to the Regenerative Braking. Riding Downhill at Full Charge will Also Shorten the Life Span of the Battery. Ride a few hundred yards before going downhill.
- AEboard AE2 leaves the factory water-resistant, but once you start using or maintaining it or replacing the battery, the board's water resistance will be reduced. Water can damage the board and water damage is not covered by the warranty. Therefore, you should avoid riding the board through the water.
- Always wear a helmet and suitable safety equipment when riding an electric skateboard.
- Remember to turn off the remote and charge it when not in use to extend battery life
AEBoard Warranty:
AEboards are covered by a 90 days manufacturer’s warranty for defects in workmanship and material. This does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, negligence, accidents, or riding in water.
AEboards can be easily repaired by replacing the broken part. We will always diagnose and send free replacement parts for boards under warranty, shipping fees will be covered.
Water damage, wheel wear and artificial damage are NOT included in the warranty.

We usually ship with FedEx within 2 days of order placement, and customers can usually get their board within 3-10 days.
AEBoard Returns:
AEBoard do not accept any returns or refunds at this time however we do offer a 90 day warranty (see WARRANTY tab).

- There are no AEBoard refunds after an order has been shipped out.
- We do not accept AEBoard returns

How fast do you ship the orders?
Usually within 1-2 business days unless the item is on pre-order or out of stock in which case you'll receive an email within 1 business day to notify you about your options.
When will I receive the tracking number for my order?
As soon as your package ships out.
You'll also receive updates for when your order has shipped and when it is due to arrive, and when it is out for delivery, so you can be ready to receive it.
You'll also get a notification if there is any delay with your shipment so you know ahead of time what is going on.

How you will fulfill my order?
As soon as you've placed your order, you'll receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This means that we've received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
Once we receive your order, we'll automatically contact our suppliers to confirm that the item is in stock and available for you.
If your item is out of stock, we'll cancel the pre-authorization and contact you by email.
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we'll process the charges and release the order for shipment.
What is your cancellation policy?
All orders canceled within 48 hours are subject to a full refund, provided it complies with the refund policy of the product and brand you purchased.
If your board is shipped within the 48 hour period and the brand doesn't accept refunds once it's shipped, we won't be able to process a refund and we must abide by their return policy.
All orders canceled after 48 hours will be subject to a 10% cancelation fee, regardless of whether or not your order has already shipped.
If your order has already shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for return shipping and restocking fees.
Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card you used to place your order.
